Benedicte Hinchliffe is a trusted executive coach,
leadership strategist, and former senior corporate leader with over 15 years of experience navigating high performance environments across the globe.
Before founding Level 11 Executive Coaching, Benedicte built a highly successful career in the luxury, retail, and supply chain industries, holding senior leadership roles at globally recognized companies such as Richemont, Canada Goose, Tiffany & Co., and Unilever. She has sat on executive committees, led global supply chain transformations, and delivered results across complex, matrixed organizations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
Benedicte is fluent in four languages English, French, Spanish, and German and offers coaching in all four, allowing her to support international clients with ease and cultural awareness.
What sets her apart is her deep understanding of the realities of executive leadership managing change, aligning stakeholders, inspiring teams, and leading under pressure. She’s known for her sharp strategic thinking, calm presence, and ability to challenge and support her clients to unlock what’s next.
